Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, is it haram to ask Allah to reserve me and my family a place in Jannah?

Wa Alaykum Salaam.

It is not Haraam to ask Allah Ta'ala to reserve a place in Jannah for you and your family.

And Allah Ta'ala knows best.
