Ejaculating while fasting

If a person looks at pictures and then he ejaculated without touching himself or anything does this break ones fast? Please could you clarify when a fast is broken because of ejaculation.

And if a person does masturbate and his rozah breaks then what is the penalty/kaffaarah.

Assalaamu alaykum

The fast will not break. However, this is a major sin for which a person should make sincere taubah, and resolve never to repeat such an act.

If a person masturbates resulting in ejaculation, the fast breaks. Qadhaa is necessary, but not kaffarah. Here too, one should understand that it is a serious sin.
