Fajr Salaah

I would like to know if a woman wakes up for tahajjud and then when the time ends and fajr time has set in but azaan in the musjid has not been called yet. Can she read her fajr salaah or does she have to wait for the azaan to be called?

She may read her Fajr. She does not have to wait for the Athaan.
