Faskh

Assalaamualaikum
Could you please advise- a man divorces his wife- then revokes the divorce a few days later. The wife does not want to stay wedded to him on account of his bad temperament/ cruelty. Does she now ask for faskh?

Assalaamu alaykum

In principle, she may apply for a Faskh. However, since we don't have the details, we  cannot comment whether her situation fulfils the criterion for the granting of a Faskh.

The Ulama body dealing with such  an application will have to hear both sides, and will be in a position to fully evaluate the situation and her eligibility for Faskh.
