Fitrah

I’ve read the info provided about fitrah, now I see it must be given to a muslim person/organization.The problem I have is, my husband &i are in Pretoria, all our family is in Durban. He is in hospital at the moment & will not even be released for Eid.I do not drive & need to give it out, I honestly thought I could give it 2 any deserving person, Muslim or not.

I never had to worry before as my dad had it sorted, then my husband, now I do not want to stress him out be asking him as he is not well at all.
I’m so confused now all of a sudden & worried as I have no one who is Muslim to give it to
