I hope you are well, insha-Allah.
Please advise on the following, Jazakallah
I bleed for 5/6 days then I have a ghusl. After a day or two, I have a brownish discharge. Is this regarded as haidh also? How much does the discharge need to be in order for a new ghusl to be made? Sometimes I end up having a ghusl 3 or 4 times because the discharge stops and starts
I had a habit of 5 days for my haidh. The last few times, after heavy bleeding for 5-6 days, the balance of the days I have a brownish discharge. Will I now regard my cycle as a 8/9 day cycle and will this be a new ‘habit’?
If a woman is in haidh, intercourse is Haraam. Is her husband allowed to rub against her body or is she allowed to touch him intimately until he orgasms?
If he rubs against her whilst she’s fully clothed and there’s no penetration and she orgasms too is this a sin on her?
Jazakallah khayr

Dear Sister in Islam,
Your email below refers.
-
The brownish discharge, if it appears during the time which haidh is possible, will be regarded as haidh.
-
There is no minimum amount of discharge for it to qualify as haidh.
-
Yes unfortunately sometimes due to irregular pattern a lady may end up making ghusl 3 or 4 times.
-
Your new habit will be 8 or 9 days.
-
Husband and wife may touch each other intimately during her haidh, provided that she is covered from navel to knee. He may rub against her body.
-
Both husband and wife can reach orgasm in this manner.
