Impure or not?

As salaam mu alaikum

If one is in a napaak state and his feet is wet with water and he wears his shoes or clothes does that make his clothes or shoes napaak .

If urine splashes on ones shoes and u can only see a few dots of urine on the shoe and one wears his shoes the next day after having a shower does that make him napaak

 

 

 

Answer

Assalaamu alaykum

1. The shoes or clothes do not become impure (napaak).

2. I assume that the drops of urine were on the outside of the shoe, i.e. they are not on that area that comes into contact with the skin of the feet. In that case, a person does not become impure (napaak).
