Irregular Haiz

Assalamu-Alaikum,
I am using the “pill” to regulate my haiz and as birth control. I thus know approx. when its time for my haiz. However, on the first day it was supposed to come, I noticed some discharge. I took this to be the start of my haiz and did not perform salaah the entire day.
However, the very next day I was clean again. So what happens with my salaah. Do I start again and make Qadha of day one? Please advise and any other advice / reference on irregular haiz would be appreciated.

Assalaamu alaykum

Since the discharge was for less than 3 days, it would not be regarded as haidh. therefore you should continue performing your salaah. Also make Qadha for the salaah missed. Bleeding will only be considered as haidh if it is 3 days or more.
