4 brothers inherited a house. Years later, 3 of the brothers are in need of finance for their respective business, so they want to bond the house. The fourth brother objects.

 

Can the 3 brothers go ahead without his permission?

 

Answer

Assalaamu alaykum
With or without their permission, it is not permissible to take an interest bearing loan by bonding the house.
