Assalamu alaykum, I was wondering if starwars (which is a movie) is haram. Reason being is because the word “lord” is used a lot and they call people “lord and “my lord” but I think they are saying it out of respect and they also kneel to people and call people their “master” and again I’m not sure they are doing it as an act of worship orore of a respect thing.the movie is also about a made up religion so would it be haram to watch it for this reason and the others listed?

All movies are Haraam. Not only Star Wars. There are many reasons for which movies are Haraam, such as music and displaying of the opposite gender. All pictures of animate objects are also impermissible in Islam.
