Phrases in the Bible

As-Salamu alaykum shaikh. I have one question which makes me afraid to ask but I have waswasa concerning this so I need your answer.
As young I read the Bible because school. As I saw in many places in Bible were used words such are “son”, “daugther”, “children” of God in metaphorical meaning (in meaning good persons – slaves of God) or “Father” for God in meaning of the Creator and Lord.
Examples:
In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus said of those who believed in him:
“They are like the angels. They are God’s children since they are children of the resurrection.”
[Luke 20:36] And in the Book of Isaiah:
“Bring back My sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth”
[Isaiah 43:6] “If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.”
[Matthew 6:1] In the Gospel of Luke:
“When you pray say, ‘Our Father, Who are in heaven…’”
[Luke 11:2] My question is: Do we negate all this phrases (children of God, sons and daugthers of God, Father in heaven…) and say that they did not come in original version of the Bible (Injil) even in metaphorical meaning and that this words were fabricated by christians and jews and do we say that Allah Almighty never used such words to describe His slaves, and that Isa (Jesus) never described Allah Almighty as “Father” even in metaphorical meaning as Lord or angels as his children in metaphorical meaning ?
Is only correct view concerning this negating such phrases in original version of the Bible ?
Thank you, Salam alaykum from Bosnia

Answer

Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh

Since we do not have the original Bible, we cannot say for sure whether these phrases, such as son of God and daughter of God, appeared therein.

We can however catergorically state that if these words did appear, they were used in their metaphoric meaning. The literal meaning is clearly negated by the Quráan Majeed.

And Allah Taäla knows best.
