Polyurethane

As salaamu alaykum, fake leather i.e. polyurethane is made with a proces with alcohol which can be from grapes and is impure. As such will the item as a result be impure? For example many items are of polyurethan like phone cases till complete couches.

To the best of our knowledge polyurethane is not made from alcohol which is derived from grapes. Therefore polyurethane is not impure.
