Qadha Fasts and Haidh

Hope Muftisaab is well, insha-Allah

1. I was keeping qadha of the missed fasts of Ramadaan and I got my haidh. Do I have to keep a qadha of the fast that was broken?

2. If a person intentionally breaks a nafl fast, is there a penalty (kaffaarah) or just qadha of that fast?
