Recitation of the Quraan

I have 3 questions.
1. When reciting surah Alaq, when do I make the sajda?
2. When reading surah Theen in salaah, can I leave out surah Alaq and read surah Qadr?
3. I have been told that the reward for completing a khatam of Qur’aan is greater on a Friday. Is this so? Can I delay the completion of my Khatam for after magrib today and continue reciting the first para, etc.

1. Upon reciting the last aayah, no. 19.

 

2. It is makrooh to do so.

 

3. It is permissible.
