Answer
Assalaamu alaykum
1. . Salatul Awwabeen(Nafl prayers of Maghrib)
After the Farz and Sunnat of Magrib, performance of the minimum of 6 to a
maximum of 20 rakaats is called Salatul Awwabeen.
Awwaabeen is the six Rakaats of Salaat after the Maghrib Salaat. It is
established from the Hadith.
Rasulullah [sallallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam] mentioned, "Whoever performs 6
Rakaats after Maghrib Salaat will earn the reward of 12 years of Nafl
Ibaadah." (Tirmidhi)
2. There is a weak Hadith that whoever recites Surah Mumtahinah, all the
mu'min males and females with intercede on his/her behalf of the day of
Qiyaamah.
However, the mere fact that it is a surah of the Qur'aan, does not require
any added virtue.
And Allah Ta'ala knows best
