A man leaves behind 2 sons and 2 daughters.Could Mufti saheb please tell me how each will inherit percentage wise. Also will it be jaiz for the father to deed over his house to 1 son (with the approval of the other son) to the exclusion of the 2 daughters?

Answer

Assalaamu alaykum Each son gets 33.3 % and each daughter 16.6%.

The father may not bequeth his house to one son, to the exclusion of the other children.
