Reconciling after Talaaq

Hubby gave me one talaaq….after a year and a half we planning on reconciling…how do we go about renewing our Nikaah? What is the procedure? Does my wali need to be present?

A new nikah  should be made.

Your wali’s consent should be obtained. Like any other nikah, it should be undertaken in public. Your wali does not necessarily have to be present.
