Using left hand

Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, is it permissible to use my right hand to itch and is it permissible to use my left hand for sometimes scrolling on my phone or other activities apart from eating and bathroom etiquettes?

It is permissible to use your right hand to scratch.

It is permissible to use your left hand to scroll on your phone.
