Wudhu

Assalamu Alaykum
Respected moulana
At the time of making wudhu, by the time I wash my feet, my arms are already dry..
Should I rewash it?

And also when I wash my 1st foot and put it down, the underside because of the carpet, gets dry, so should I also rewash this?

It is not necessary to re-wash the limb if the previous one has dried.
