Zakaat

If moulana could please assist me. A person sells annique products. She doesn’t have them for a full year as she keeps buying and selling . Should she calculate zakaat on it ?

And also if you order a product for someone, you have to pay zakaat on the money they owe you, but the product is with you, should you calculate and pay on the item too?

Assalaamu alaykum

1. One has to pay Zakaat on the stock on hand on the day on which Zakaat is calculated, even if the stock was not in one's possession for a whole year.
2. One has to pay Zakaat on monies owed to one only once the monies are received.
